“Down by the Creek” was a commission painting about the childhood experiences of the client. He and his two brothers spent many hours playing by the old creek; fishing, throwing rocks and just letting their imaginations run free. I tried to capture these memories for him – boys doing the things boys have done since time began. – Jim Daly
